患儿,女,10个月。汉中县人。因左眼发现有白色线样虫体游动,于1978年9月30日来诊。患儿于2月前即发现左眼有白色线样的小虫游动,但平时除喜欢揉眼外,无其它症状。家中无类似病史,无与猫狗兔接触史。查体:发育营养良好,心肺正常。左眼外观正常,以眼睑拉钩开睑后,见穹窿部有数条乳白色线虫活泼游动,结膜无充血,角膜透明。右眼正常。当即于左眼给膜囊内滴入1%地卡因溶液2滴,用小镊子取出虫体7条,置固定液固定送检。门诊随访5个月,无异常发现。取出的虫体呈细圆柱形。乳白色,长7—12毫米,宽0.3—0.5毫米。经鉴定系“加里福尼亚吸吮腺虫”(Thelazia Califoraiensis Price)。讨伦:加里福尼亚吸吮线虫与华裔吸吮线
