钢混结合段是混合桥斜拉桥设计和施工的关键技术之一,国内外实桥应用时均出现过结合段部分开裂情况,混凝土的抗裂性、韧性、抗疲劳强度是关键中的关键。本文阐述配制C55高性能聚丙烯微膨胀混凝土设计方案、试验研究及施工实践,证明采用膨胀剂及聚丙烯纤维双掺技术是可行的,可以解决这方面的问题,值得推广。
Steel-concrete mixing section is one of the key technologies in the design and construction of hybrid cable-stayed bridges. In domestic and overseas applications, some cracking occurred in the bonded sections. Cracking resistance, toughness and fatigue strength of concrete are the key points . This paper describes the preparation of C55 high performance polypropylene micro-expansive concrete design, experimental study and construction practice proved that the use of expansive agent and polypropylene fiber double-doped technology is feasible, you can solve this problem, it is worth promoting.
