一、设备管理工程质量保证体系的基本概念 设备管理是一个多学科、大领域的综合管理工程,要完成其管理任务,获得最佳的综合效率,必须对设备管理工程进行系统的综合管理和工作质量保证(或控制)。用先进的(或合适的)管理技术和方法,调动全员的积极性,控制各个环节的工作质量,来保证设备管理系统的工程质量,从而建立起体系。设备管理工程质量保证体系(以下简称“体系”)是:
