绩效评价是有效管理手段的一种,在管理实践中越来越被广泛的应用。在管理实践的过程中,一些个体因素,比如评价主体、评价模型、指标选定及评价方法的不同,都会对绩效评价的结果产生一定的影响。本文通过分析各个绩效评价要素,刍议个体因素对绩效评价的影响。
Performance evaluation is a kind of effective management means, which is more and more widely used in management practice. In the process of management practice, some individual factors, such as the main body of evaluation, the evaluation model, the selection of indicators and the different evaluation methods, will all have an impact on the performance evaluation results. In this paper, by analyzing the various elements of performance evaluation, the impact of individual factors on performance evaluation.
