在现代社会的不断发展和进步下,文化和艺术的发展和创新在现代社会对于人的身心有较强的冲击力。作为一种表现形式,在现在的时代发展潮流中,对于现代社会青年的成长和进步就有很强的教育意义。笔者在本文中,以激发和培养学生的音乐兴趣为前提,从转变音乐教育观念、拓展音乐文化视野、培养音乐教育主体的自主性和创造性以及更新音乐教学手段这四个方面,浅略分析了音乐教育人才培养的模式,以期对各位读者有借鉴意义。
