文献资源是文献服务机构赖以生存的物质条件,为完整、系统地收集、整理、保护我国抗战时期的文献,重庆中国抗战大后方历史文献中心在自身文献资源保障体系建设中,应该确立合理的战略规划策略,经费统筹策略,采购、捐赠、征集策略,再生性利用策略,资源整合策略进行文献资源的补充与采集,及时抢救、有效保护、科学整合抗战资源,促进重庆中国抗战大后方历史文化研究与建设,同时最大限度地满足社会文献信息需求。
Literature resources are the material conditions for the literature service agencies to survive. In order to collect, collate and protect the literature of our country during the Anti-Japanese War completely and systematically, in the construction of self-documentary resources guarantee system, the historical documents center of Chongqing Chinese rear area should establish a reasonable Strategic Planning Strategy, Funding Strategy, Procurement, Donation, Solicitation Strategy, Recycling Strategy, Resource Integration Strategy for Replenishment and Acquisition of Documentary Resources, Timely Rescue, Effective Protection, Scientific Integration of War Resistant Resources, and Promotion of Historical and Cultural Rear Resilience of Chongqing in China Research and construction, at the same time to meet the needs of social literature and information.
