大型国际性体育赛事,对城市交通带来挑战的同时也加快了城市交通基础设施建设和交通运行状况的改善,并促进了城市长远发展。有效的赛事交通管理不仅是大型体育赛事正常有序举办的基本保障,而且可以减轻举办城市赛事交通压力,减少对举办城市居民正常出行造成不良影响。做好大型赛事的城市交通管理,需要从交通的组织、技术和规划三个基本层面着手,建立多渠道、多方位和多途径的交通管理对策措施。
Large-scale international sports events bring challenges to urban transport as well as accelerating urban transport infrastructure and traffic conditions, and promoting long-term urban development. Effective event traffic management is not only the basic guarantee for the normal and orderly organization of large-scale sports events, but also relieves the pressure on the traffic in organizing urban events and reduces the adverse impact on the normal travel of urban residents. To do a good job in urban traffic management of large-scale events, we need to set up multi-channel, multi-directional and multi-channel traffic management measures from the three basic levels of traffic organization, technology and planning.
