青堆公社隶属辽宁省大连市庄河县管辖,位于青堆子湾沿岸。青堆子湾则是辽宁黄海沿岸北部平原岸段最大的一个内湾。青堆公社的岸滩面积宽广,滩面平坦,大潮时潮水后退可达8—9公里,由于海水营养盐比较丰富,底质适宜,滩涂贝类资源较为丰富。1982年辽宁省海岸带办公室组织了东(沟)、庄(河)岸段海岸带、滩涂资源的综合调查,在调查论证的基础上,认为青堆公社海岸带、滩涂资源具有这一岸段或平原岸段综合开发试验的代表性,为此进行了可行性研究,经省科委批准,于1983年开始了综合开发试验。
Qingdu commune under the jurisdiction of Zhuanghe County, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, located in Qingdaizi Bay coast. Qingdaizi Bay is the largest inner bay in the northern plain of Liaoning’s Yellow Sea coast. Qinghai Commune’s beach area is broad, flat beach, tidal tidal retreat of up to 8-9 km, due to rich nutrient salt, suitable sediment, beach shellfish resources are more abundant. In 1982, the Coastal Zone Office of Liaoning Province organized a comprehensive survey of the coastal zone and beach resources in the eastern (ditch) and Zhuang (river) shore sections. Based on the investigation and argumentation, it was considered that the coastal zone and beach resources of the Qinghai Commune Or plain shore section of the comprehensive development of the representative test, for which a feasibility study was approved by the provincial science and Technology Commission, in 1983 began a comprehensive development test.
