由深圳市南山区宏新建筑工程公司承建的南山区向南综合楼,今年初被评为1996年度广东省优质样板工程。该公司是深圳市九家(房建)获奖单位中唯一获此殊荣的区属企业。 南山区向南综合楼位于南山区向南村,在规划中的南新路与桂庙路交汇处。该工程由三层裙楼和七层标准层组成。裙楼l-2层为商场,3层为办公室,层高4.2m。标准层(4-10层)为住宅,每层高2.8m,局部地下室为水泵房和地下水池。该楼建筑面积7573m~2,总高度33.2m,内设电梯一部。工程基础为钢筋砼钻孔桩,桩上设钢筋砼承台和基础梁,主体为十钢筋砼现浇框架、现浇楼板,填充墙外墙为180,内隔墙为120。内外装修标准要求高。整个工程结构复杂,技术准度大,施工质量要求严格。
Nanshan District South Building, built by Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Hongxin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., was awarded the 1996 Guangdong Good Quality Model Project at the beginning of this year. The company is the only company that won this award in the award-winning company in Shenzhen (Jianjian). Nanshan District Xiangnan Complex is located in Nanshan Village, Nanshan District, where the planned intersection of Nanxin Road and Guimiao Road. The main body consists of ten reinforced concrete cast-in-place concrete frames and cast-in-situ concrete slabs. The external wall of the infilling wall is 180 and the internal partition wall is 120. Internal and external decoration standards are high. The entire project has a complex structure, large technical accuracy, and strict construction quality requirements.
