目的:了解湖南邵阳地区汉族人群骨密度、骨矿盐水平与性别及发病的相关性。方法:采用双能X线骨密度仪测定了湖南邵阳地区汉族人群20岁以上者1062例的骨密度及其骨矿盐。结果:骨密度正常237例,骨量减少361例,骨质疏松464例,三者之间同一部位的骨密度及骨矿盐水平不同,而且男女之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:骨密度的变化与性别、部位有明显相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between bone mineral density, bone mineral salt level, gender and incidence in Han nationality in Shaoyang of Hunan Province. Methods: Bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral salt (BMD) were measured in 1062 Han people aged over 20 years in Shaoyang, Hunan Province using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Results: There were 237 cases with normal BMD, 361 cases with osteopenia and 464 cases with osteoporosis. The bone mineral density and the level of bone mineral salt in the same part were different among the three groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The change of bone mineral density has obvious correlation with gender and location.
