一年多来,由于市场供求关系相对宽松,市场物价涨幅一直保持低水平。成都市1990年1～9月零售物价指数比上年同期仅上升2.9%,预测全年升幅大约在4%以内,大大低于预定的控制指标。但是,市场疲软延续一年多,也使市场物价变动中出现了一些新问题。因此,正确认识当前市场疲软的特征和面临的价格问题,对稳步推进价格结构的调整,具有十分重要的意义。
In the past year or so, due to the relatively loose market supply and demand, the market price increase has been kept at a low level. From January to September 1990, the retail price index of Chengdu increased only 2.9% over the same period of previous year, and the annual growth rate is estimated to be within about 4%, much lower than the planned control targets. However, the weak market lasted more than a year, causing some new problems in the market price movements. Therefore, it is of great significance to correctly understand the current weakness of the market and the price problems we face in order to steadily push forward the adjustment of the price structure.
