碳烟的危害越来越引起人们的关注,其危害程度与粒径大小有很大的关系,所以得知粒径信息很有必要。激光诱导炽光(Laser Induced Incandescence-LⅡ)技术,在碳烟测试方面具有很大的潜力,可以用来测试碳烟浓度及碳烟粒径信息.本文在G(u¨)lder燃烧器上,运用LⅡ技术,得到了乙烯层流扩散火焰轴线不同高度的碳烟粒径,并将所得结果与探针采样取得样品的透射电子显微镜分析结果进行对比。研究结果表明,在火焰轴线上,随着高度增加,粒径先增大后减小。LⅡ和探针采样相比,测试结果趋势吻合,数值略有差异,验证了LⅡ技术的有效性。
The harm of soot is attracting more and more people’s attention. The degree of harm is related to the size of the particles. So it is necessary to know the particle size information. Laser Induced Incandescence (LII) has great potential in soot testing and can be used to test soot concentration and soot particle size.In this paper, By using LⅡ technology, the particle size of soot at different height of flames of ethylene laminar flow diffusion flame was obtained, and the results were compared with those of probe sample obtained by transmission electron microscopy. The results show that on the flame axis, with the increase of height, the particle size first increases and then decreases. Compared with the probe sample, the results of the L Ⅱ coincide with the trend of the test results, and the values are slightly different, which verifies the validity of the LⅡ technology.
