目的建立宿迁地区新生儿先天性甲状腺功能减低症(CH)筛查的促甲状腺素(TSH)切值。方法对本地区18个月内127 767例新生儿的TSH检测数据进行统计分析,采用百分比法确定本地区TSH切值,并对新切值进行评估。结果确定本地区新生儿先天性甲低(CH)的筛查切值为8.0μU/ml。采用新切值,阳性召回数量增加382例,可避免1例漏筛。结论 8.0μU/ml的TSH筛查切值更适合宿迁地区。
Objective To establish thyrotropene (TSH) cut-off values for neonatal congenital hypothyroidism (CH) screening in Suqian. Methods Totally 127,767 newborn infants with TSH in 18 months in our region were analyzed by TSH. The percentage of TSH in this region was determined by percentage method, and the new cut value was evaluated. The results confirmed that the neonatal screening of congenital hypothyroidism (CH) screening cut-off value of 8.0μU / ml. Using the new cut value, the number of positive recall increased by 382 cases, to avoid leakage screening in 1 case. Conclusion The TSH screening cut-off value of 8.0μU / ml is more suitable for Suqian area.
