本项目旨在改进拉伸变形的生产控制,以求改进DTY(拉伸变形丝)的质量,减少损耗和昂贵的废料物。在生产中采用对运行长丝在线温度监测的方法应该可以提前发现变形丝染色性的差异。
The project aims to improve the production control of tensile deformation in order to improve the quality of DTY (tensile textured yarn), reduce wear and tear and expensive waste materials. In production, the method of online temperature monitoring of running filament yarn should be able to find out the difference of the dyeing color of the filament in advance.
