National oil drilling rate doubled Qunying General Assembly on February 21 in North China Oilfield grand opening. It lasted for seven days and the garden completed its scheduled task and closed successfully on the afternoon of February 27. Song Zhenming, minister of the Ministry of Petroleum Industry, Fu Jiaoren, Huang Kai, Yan Dunshi and Li Tianxiang attended the opening ceremony. The national oil drilling rate doubled Qiongying Assembly, is an unprecedented event on the frontline of China’s oil drilling. The task of the conference is to conscientiously implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party and do a good job of shifting the focus of the drilling front work.
