通过溶胶-凝胶再程序升温熔剂热一步法制备了K8[γ-SiW10O36]·12H2O/ZrO2纳米复合光催化材料,采用FT-IR、XRD、ICP-AES和氮气吸附-脱附测定等测试手段对其组成、结构、形貌等进行了表征。结果表明,复合材料中杂多酸的基本结构未发生明显变化,并且该复合材料比表面积增大(120.061m2/g)的同时还具有孔结构,平均孔径约为3.7nm。在微波无极灯照射下,以微波增强光催化降解二甲酚橙为模型反应,研究了该纳米复合材料微波增强光催化性能,结果表明,在微波作用下,复合光催化材料K8[γ-SiW10O36]·12H2O/ZrO2的光催化活性显著增强。
The K8 [γ-SiW10O36] · 12H2O / ZrO2 nanocomposite photocatalyst was prepared by one-step solvothermal method using sol-gel method. The FT-IR, XRD, ICP-AES and N2 adsorption- Its composition, structure, morphology and so on were characterized. The results showed that the basic structure of the heteropolyacid did not change obviously. The composite also had a pore structure with an increase of specific surface area (120.061m2 / g) and an average pore diameter of about 3.7nm. Under microwave irradiation, the photocatalytic degradation of xylenol orange by microwave irradiation was taken as a model reaction. The microwave-enhanced photocatalytic activity of the nanocomposite was studied. The results showed that under microwave irradiation, the composite photocatalyst K8 [γ-SiW10O36 ] · The photocatalytic activity of 12H2O / ZrO2 is significantly enhanced.
