目的探讨准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)后糖皮质激素性高眼压的发生率及预后。方法观察LASEK术后的149例(290眼)滴糖皮质激素眼液(0.1%氟米龙)4~8个月,于术后2周、1、2、3、6个月及1年测量眼压,对高眼压者进行治疗。结果有6例(11眼)发生了高眼压,发生率为3.8%,所有高眼压患者经治疗后眼压均降至正常。结论准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术后应用糖皮质激素眼液可引起部分患者激素性高眼压,术后可酌情减少激素用量或加用降眼压药物。
Objective To investigate the incidence and prognosis of glucocorticoid-induced ocular hypertension after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASEK). Methods 149 cases (290 eyes) of glucocorticoid eye drops (0.1% fluorometholone) after LASEK were observed for 4 to 8 months and were observed at 2 weeks, 1, 2, 3, 6 months and 1 year after operation IOP, the treatment of high intraocular pressure. The results of 6 cases (11 eyes) ocular hypertension occurred, the incidence was 3.8%, all patients with intraocular hypertension after treatment IOP were reduced to normal. Conclusion The application of glucocorticoid ophthalmic solution after excimer laser epithelial flap keratomileusis may cause some patients with elevated intraocular pressure. After the operation, hormone dosage may be decreased or antihypertensive drugs may be added.
