长庆采油二厂团委副书记杨彦荣:2013年我们团组织主要做了两方面的工作,一是服务生产建设,二是做好服务青年成长。通过开展“青工技术比武”等评选活动,调动了青年的积极性,充分发挥了青年突击队作用。平凉工业中专团委书记葛泓利:中职学生大部分都处在青春期,根据这一时期青少年的身心发展特点,我们有针对性地开展了一系列活动,有效引领青少年树立正确的价值观,帮助他们成长、成才。
