建立了在线酸化—柱后衍生—离子色谱法测定天然含气矿泉水中痕量溴酸盐的分析方法。利用酸性条件下溴酸盐与过量氢碘酸生成强紫外吸收的碘三离子的特征反应,选用氢氧化物选择性的高效高容量阴离子交换分离柱IonPac AS19,一步梯度淋洗,23 min之内快速准确地完成了含气天然矿泉水中痕量溴酸盐的检测。方法在0.1~100μg/L范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.999 95,对溴酸盐的检出限约为0.03μg/L。方法灵敏度高,可重复性较好,适用于含气天然矿泉水中痕量溴酸盐的准确定量工作。
A method for the determination of trace bromate in natural gas-containing mineral water by on-line acidification-column derivatization-ion chromatography was established. Using the characteristic reaction of bromate with iodine ion and excess iodic acid in acidic condition to generate strong ultraviolet absorption iodine ions, IonPac AS19 with high efficiency and high capacity anion-selective separation column was selected by using hydroxide selective one-step gradient elution within 23 min Rapid and accurate detection of trace amounts of bromate in gas-bearing natural mineral water. The method has a good linearity in the range of 0.1-100 μg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 95 and a detection limit of about 0.03 μg / L for bromate. The method has high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and is suitable for accurate quantification of trace bromate in natural gas-bearing mineral water.
