本文在计算产业结构转换水平、转换速度、转换方向等系数的基础上对我国各地区产业结构转换水平、速度和方向进行了实证研究。20世纪90年代以来,我国各地区整体表现为第一产业相对比重下降而第二、三产业相对比重上升。各地区产业结构转换水平都在提高且地区差距在缩小,经济发达地区产业结构逐渐趋于合理,转换速度较慢;而经济水平低的地区产业结构正在经历由不合理向合理的转换,转换的速度较快。
This paper empirically studies the level, speed and direction of the industrial structure transformation in various regions of China based on the calculation of the coefficient of industrial structure transformation, conversion speed and conversion direction. Since the 90s of the 20th century, the overall performance of all regions in our country has been that the relative proportion of the primary industry has declined while the relative proportion of the secondary and tertiary industries has risen. The level of industrial structure transformation in all regions is increasing and the regional disparities are narrowing. The industrial structure in economically developed regions tends to be rationalized and the conversion rate is relatively slow; while the industrial structure in regions with low economic levels is undergoing an unreasonable to rational conversion and transformation Fast.
