湖北省档案馆新馆建设,在湖北省委、省人民政府的大力支持下,馆库结构工程已经完工,一座50余米高的新馆主体结构耸立在东湖之滨。目前正在抓紧进行内外装饰工程。建设一个新馆,除了要满足使用功能要求外,更重要的是改善档案保管条件,安全保护好档案,延长档案的寿命。因此我们在新馆设计过程中,首先考虑在建筑结构上尽量满足档案保护技术的要求,同时还与铁道部武汉工程机械研究所共同研究了一套档案库房管理微机监控系统,由铁道部武汉工程机械研究所电控室承担设计。整个档案库房管理自动控制系统,是采用微电子技术和微型计算机构成的,以计算机为主体的监控系统。它包括对档案库房温度、湿度的自动监测和控制;对火灾的探测、自动报警和自动消防,以及防盗监视
With the strong support of Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Government, the construction of the new library of Hubei Provincial Archives has been completed. The entire file warehouse management automatic control system is the use of microelectronics and micro-computer, computer-based monitoring system. It includes automatic monitoring and control of temperature and humidity in archive houses, detection of fire, automatic and automatic firefighting, and anti-theft surveillance
