D型湿砂型表面硬度计是一种测定湿砂型表面硬度的仪表,它可以代替A、B、C型三种温砂型表面硬度计。A、B型硬度计只适用于测低、中比压下造型的砂型硬度,C型只适用于测中、高压造型的砂型硬度,对同一砂型用A、B、C型硬度计测值读数之间差异很大,又不便换算。D型湿砂型硬度计则同时能满足低、中、高压造型砂型硬度的测定。 本文从理论和实践的两个角度,论述了D型湿砂型表面硬度计的设计思想,定型设计方案。D型湿砂型硬度计,从理论分析、样机的工艺实验及在长春第一汽车厂、沈阳第一机床厂、沈阳第三机床厂铸造生产现场和吉林工业大学科研工作中使用验证的结果表明:该硬度计可以满足压实比压为0.5~20kg/cm~2范围内的湿砂型表面硬度的检测,与国内外A、B、C型硬度计相比,具有测值范围广、分辨能力高、测值分散度小、方向误差小等优点。该仪表结构紧凑,使用方便。
