对SUS304冷轧带钢经不同工艺退火后的组织性能进行了分析。结果表明:退火温度高于1050℃时SUS304不锈钢薄板的屈服强度和抗拉强度随退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长呈下降趋势,伸长率呈先升后降的趋势;SUS304经高温(1050~1160℃)短时间(50~180 s)退火,能得到较好的软化效果,退火工艺为1050℃×180 s时,组织中的碳化物完全溶入基体中,且均匀弥散在晶粒内部,晶粒大小较均匀,力学性能达到最佳。
The microstructure and properties of SUS304 cold-rolled strip annealed by different processes were analyzed. The results show that when the annealing temperature is higher than 1050 ℃, the yield strength and tensile strength of SUS304 stainless steel sheet decrease with the increase of annealing temperature and holding time, and the elongation increases first and then decrease; 1050 ~ 1160 ℃) for a short period of time (50 ~ 180 s), a better softening effect can be obtained.
