“人本管理”是相对于早期的“以物为中心”的管理而提出的一种企业管理理论。其核心是确定人在管理过程中的主导地位,强调把人视为企业管理的核心和重要资源,充分调动和发挥员工的积极性和创造性,从而实现企业的目标。随着知识经济时代的到来,迫切要求我们要高度重视人本管理,充分运用人本管理,大胆创新人本管理,特别是要创新对人本管理核心问题的认识。
“People-based management” is a kind of business management theory proposed in contrast with the earlier “material-centered” management. Its core is to determine the dominance of people in the management process, emphasizing people as the core of business management and important resources, and fully mobilize and give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of employees in order to achieve business goals. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, we urgently require that we attach great importance to people-based management, make full use of people-based management, and boldly innovate in people-based management. In particular, we must innovate our understanding of the core issues of human-centered management.
