分离性垂直偏斜(Dissociated Ver-tical Deviation),简称DVD。我国文献报导较少,实际并非罕见,只因在临床上多与其他先天性斜视同时存在而易被忽略。我科收住院12例,其中9例经手术矫正,效果满意,兹报告如下。临床资料本文报告12例中,男3例,女9例。25岁者1例,4～5岁者4例,7～9岁者5例,14岁及25岁者各1例。一、病例概况:①自幼开始,在1岁以前发现者9例,1.5岁以前发现者1例,4～5岁发现者2例。皆无难产,外伤或高热史。②第一眼位时,一眼向上并向内偏斜者
Dissociated Verdical Deviation, DVD for short. Less literature reported in our country, the actual is not uncommon, but clinically more with other congenital strabismus and easily overlooked. I received 12 patients in our hospital, of which 9 were corrected by surgery, the results are satisfactory, it is reported as follows. Clinical data This article reports 12 cases, 3 males and 9 females. 1 case of 25 years old, 4 cases of 4 to 5 years old, 5 cases of 7 to 9 years old, 1 case of 14 years and 25 years old. First, the case overview: ① since childhood, found before the age of 1 in 9 cases, found before 1.5 years old in 1 case, 4 to 5 years old found in 2 cases. No dystocia, history of trauma or fever. ② first eye position, one up and inward bias who
