五、内层井壁施工劳特巴赫风井的外层井壁采用了现浇混凝土,波尔祖姆2号井外壁为混凝土砌块井壁,砌块缝间嵌木质纤维板。两井内壁都是钢板混凝土防水井壁,施工方法也基本相同,下面仅以波尔祖姆2号井为例介绍其主要施工程序和方法。1.钢板的焊接当钢板壁基座焊接完毕以后,即可在基座上从下向上焊接钢板筒。钢板的材质为st37-2(按德国工业标准1543),钢板在工厂里加工成弧形,每块钢板弧长5738毫米,高3600毫米,厚8毫米,每5块弧形钢板组成一圈钢板井壁。每块钢板的上部焊有2个吊耳,吊耳为100×100毫米、厚8毫米的钢板,中间有φ26毫米的圆孔。当钢板从地面运到井下时,用吊耳把钢板固定在运输钢板的专用吊架上。当钢板运送到井下后,在这两个吊耳上悬吊钢丝绳,由最上层吊盘上的悬
