膜式液基薄层细胞学技术(thinprep cytologic test,TCT)是通过标准的检查程序和自动化制片设备进行的细胞学检查,可使诊断的准确性大为提高。但对操作要求严格的,否则玻片内有空区甚至白片。现将我科5年来使用该技术的情况及体会介绍如下。
Thinprep cytologic test (TCT) is a cytological test that is performed using standard test procedures and automated tabletting equipment to greatly improve diagnostic accuracy.
