为了解我市学龄前儿童的蛲虫感染现状和寻找更好的驱虫药物,自1991年开始在部分幼儿园进行流行情况调查并选用了丙硫咪唑进行驱虫效果观察。调查对象为城镇、农村4所日托幼儿园的859名7岁以下儿童。内容和方法(1)感染情况调查:用透明胶带纸在肛门和会阴部直接粘取虫卵并镜检、连查3天,无蛲虫卵发现者为阴性。(2)病状调查:对感染者进行肛痒等症状调查,在学期初和服药驱虫后各调查1次。(3)虫卵污染调查:对手指、裤裆、坐椅和厕所坐板进行蛲虫卵检查。(4)药物效果观察:选用丙硫咪唑片剂,每片100mg,杭州制药厂生产。3~5岁顿服100mg,6~7岁
In order to find out the status of pinworm infection in preschool children in our city and to search for better deworming drugs, epidemiological investigation was carried out in some kindergartens since 1991 and albendazole was selected for deworming observation. The survey included 859 children under 7 years of age from four daycare kindergartens in urban and rural areas.
