本论文主要针对目前APD低温控制系统结构复杂、使用不方便的问题,提出了风冷散热和保温层设计,简化结构,为器件小型化提供了条件。

This dissertation mainly aims at the problems of complex structure and inconvenient use of APD cryogenic control system. The design of air cooling and thermal insulation layer is proposed to simplify the structure and provide the conditions for miniaturization of the device.
