目的通过投放哨鼠监测长江南京段水体血吸虫尾蚴情况,对南京市经过3年大规模灭螺后的效果进行评价。方法在长江南京段的上、中、下游各选择4个点,每1个点投放哨鼠30只,在7、8、9三个月的大潮时各投放1次。投放后,次日收回,饲养35d后解剖观察感染血吸虫情况。结果3次共投放哨鼠1080只,收回623只,解剖502只,均为阴性。结论在全程督导下的大规模灭螺效果明显,对血吸虫病的疫情控制有促进作用。
Objective To monitor the water cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum in the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River by feeding the sentinel mice and evaluate the effect of large scale snail control in Nanjing City after three years. Methods In the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, four spots were selected and 30 sentinel rats were put into each spot. Each of them was put on the tide in the three months of July, August and September. After delivery, the next day to recover, feeding 35d anatomical observation of schistosomiasis situation. The results of 3 times a total of 1080 sent to rats, recovered 623, anatomical 502, were negative. Conclusion The large scale snail control effect under the supervision of the entire process is obvious, which can promote the control of the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis.
