目的:分析硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月到2016年6月在本院接受治疗的79例老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者,按照患者入院顺序分为参照组(n=40)与联合组(n=39)。参照组采用硝苯地平控制片治疗,联合组采用硝苯地平控制片与缬沙坦联合治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果与各项指标变化情况。结果:参照组患者临床治疗总有效率为87.5%,显著低于联合组患者治疗总有效率97.44%,差异对比具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。同时,治疗后两组患者的各项血压指标与肾功能指标对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:硝苯地平控释片联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的临床疗效显著,有助于改善患者的临床症状,建议广泛应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension. Methods: A total of 79 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and hypertension were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016. Patients were divided into control group (n = 40) and combination group (n = 39) ). The reference group was treated with nifedipine tablets. The combination group was treated with nifedipine tablets in combination with valsartan. The clinical effects and changes of each index were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the reference group was 87.5%, which was significantly lower than that in the combined group (97.44%). The difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). At the same time, the two groups of patients after treatment of blood pressure and renal function indicators were significantly different, with statistical significance (p <0.05). Conclusion: Nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with valsartan in the treatment of senile type 2 diabetic nephropathy with hypertension have significant clinical effects, which may help to improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
