古人云:“勤于读写,利享康寿也。”此说是有科学道理的,因为读书写字可以移情易性,振奋精神,延缓大脑衰老,有助强身健体。自古以来,许多智者便把读书、抄书、著书与养生结合起来,得益匪浅,年轻雄壮而年迈弥坚,长寿令人羡。 春秋时期的大教育家孔子“读《易》,韦纶三绝”,自幼伴书、笔直至年逾七旬。西汉史学家司马迁“十岁便诵读经籍,后博览皇家藏书”,笔耕不辍,入狱还撰《史记》,心之所系,历时十七载。
