近日,北京市工商系统开展了为期2周的企业即时信息抽查工作,这也是本市在《企业信息公示暂行条例》颁布后的第一次抽查。目前抽查工作已圆满结束,笔者结合此次抽查遇到的有关情况,提出几点看法及建议。一、抽查工作中存在的问题此次企业即时信息抽查工作共涉及经营主体324户。经核实287户无问题,37户通过住所(经营场所)无法取得联系。1.此次被抽查的企业大部分为集中办公区内的企业,这些企业均不在辖区开展经营活动,因此在落实此项工作过程中只能采取电话的方式进
Recently, the Beijing Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce launched a two-week spot check of instant information of enterprises.
