目的建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定矿泉水中铁、锰、铜、锌、铅、镉、铝7种微量元素的方法。方法利用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱技术,优化实验条件,直接分析样品,同时进行射频(RF)功率、雾化气流量、等离子气流量选择以及基体干扰等试验。结果方法中各元素最低检测限为0.1~2.4μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.98%~6.02%,相关系数为0.999 3~0.999 9,回收率为98.0%~110.0%。结论该方法样品处理简单,同时具有检出限低、准确度高、重现性好、分析速度快等优点,完全满足矿泉水中7种元素的检测要求。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of seven trace elements of iron, manganese, copper, zinc, lead, cadmium and aluminum in mineral water by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Methods The full-spectrum direct-reading ICP-AES was used to optimize the experimental conditions. Samples were analyzed directly. At the same time, RF power, atomizing gas flow, plasma gas flow rate selection and matrix interference were tested. Results The minimum detectable limit of each element in the method was 0.1-2.4 μg / L with relative standard deviation of 0.98% -6.02%, correlation coefficient of 0.999 3-0.9999 and recovery of 98.0% -110.0%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple processing, low detection limit, high accuracy, good reproducibility and fast analysis speed, which fully meets the testing requirements of seven elements in mineral water.
