目的探讨紫花杜鹃片中槲皮素含量的测定方法,用于建立紫花杜鹃片的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50∶50),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长为360nm。结果槲皮素线性范围为12.0336～300.084μg(r=1),平均回收率为102.75%,RSD=1.7%。结论该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可为紫花杜鹃片的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To explore the determination method of quercetin content in purple flower rhododendron slice and establish the quality standard of purple flower rhododendron slice. Methods High performance liquid chromatographic method, octadecylsilane bonded silica gel column (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (50:50), flow rate was 1.0ml/min, column Temperature: 30°C, detection wavelength is 360 nm. Results The linear range of quercetin was 12.0336-300.084 μg (r=1). The average recovery was 102.75% and RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, and reproducible, which can provide a basis for the quality control of the purple flower rhododendron tablets.
