近年研究证明,丙谷胺有促进胆汁分泌作用,红霉素可促进胆囊排空。笔者应用丙谷胺与红霉素治疗胆囊结石60例,并选择58例作对照,取得满意疗效,现总结如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 病例选择 所有病例均经B超确诊,随机分为两组。治疗组中,男20例,女40例,年龄38～43岁,平均39.5岁,病程3～5年,平均4.25年;对照组中,男19例,女39例,年龄36～42岁,平均38.5岁,病程3.5～6年,平均4.5年。两组性别、年龄及病程经统计学处理无差异(P>0.05)
Recent studies have shown that proglumide promote bile secretion, erythromycin can promote gallbladder emptying. The application of valproate and erythromycin in the treatment of gallbladder stones in 60 cases, and select 58 as a control, and achieved satisfactory results, are summarized as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection All cases were diagnosed by B ultrasound, were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group, 20 males and 40 females, aged 38 to 43 years, mean 39.5 years, duration of 3 to 5 years, an average of 4.25 years; control group, 19 males and 39 females, aged 36 to 42 years, Average 38.5 years old, duration of 3.5-6 years, an average of 4.5 years. The two groups of gender, age and duration of no statistical difference (P> 0.05)
