施工现场是建筑企业的主战场,是企业经济目标向物质成果转化的场所。加强现场管理是施工企业管理工作的重要方面。由此,加强施工现场管理,不断提高施工现场管理水平,越来越受到建筑行业主管部门和施工企业的重视。施工企业若想在日趋白热化的市场竞争中获得应得份额,就必须优化现场管理。所以,建立良好的质量监督体系式关系着建筑施工企业发展的命脉,做好现场施工管理是基建工作中的重中之重,分析探讨了加强基建工程现场施工管理的几个环节。
The construction site is the main battlefield for construction enterprises and the place where the economic goals of enterprises transform into material achievements.
