现代化的农村建设与诸多影响农村发展的因素紧密相连,而农村小型水利工程建设更与每个方面的发展因素有着密切的关系,所以对农村小型水利工程建设提出了新的层次的要求。相对于农村水利工程建设需要新建现代化农村小型水利工程。就针对传统农村小型水利工程建设管理中存在的问题进行分析,并且通过各方面的研究来提出农村小型水利工程建设管理相关改善措施。
Modern rural construction is closely linked with many factors influencing rural development. However, the construction of rural small-scale water conservancy projects is closely related to the development factors in every aspect. Therefore, a new level of requirements is put forward for the construction of rural small-scale water conservancy projects. Relative to the construction of rural water conservancy project requires the construction of modern rural small-scale water conservancy project. It analyzes the existing problems in the construction and management of the traditional rural small-scale water conservancy projects and puts forward some improvement measures related to the construction and management of rural small-scale water conservancy projects through various researches.
