本文以R410A家用分体式空调机为原型,以新型的双排分液冷凝器,构建分液冷凝空调系统,并研究其系统匹配及综合性能。采用理论优化管程布置的双排分液冷凝器,实验研究了在毛细管长度为300 mm~800 mm和制冷剂充注量为950 g~1350 g条件下,分液冷凝空调系统性能的变化规律,并与原型系统作对比。研究表明,在制冷名义工况下,较原型系统,最优分液冷凝系统的能效比(energy efficiency ratio,EER)和制冷量高5.1%和4.2%,所需的毛细管长度少16.7%,而制冷剂充注量高8.6%。
In this paper, R410A household split air conditioners as a prototype, a new type of double-row condenser to build liquid separation condensate air-conditioning system, and to study the system matching and comprehensive performance. The double-row condenser with optimized tube layout was theoretically studied. The performance of liquid-separation condenser air-conditioning system under the condition of capillary length of 300 mm-800 mm and refrigerant charge of 950 g-1350 g was studied experimentally , And compared with the prototype system. The results show that under the cooling nominal condition, the optimal liquid separation and condensation system has higher energy efficiency ratio (EER) and refrigeration capacity of 5.1% and 4.2% than the prototype system, and the required capillary length is 16.7% less than Refrigerant charge high 8.6%.
