目的了解健康测量量表SF-36维文版应用于2型糖尿病患者生命质量测量的效度和信度。方法应用SF-36维文版量表对77名2型糖尿病患者进行测试,计算该量表的内部一致性信度、分半信度、敏感性分析、结构效度等。结果 SF-36Cronbach’sα系数为0.945,分半信度系数为0.837;敏感性分析显示“Alpha if Item Dele-ted”值均在0.94左右变化;相关分析显示SF-36各维度之间的相关系数均未大于维度的α值,结构效度良好。结论 SF-36维文版具有较好的效度和信度,可用于维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者的生命质量评价。
Objective To investigate the validity and reliability of the SF-36 dimension version of the Health Survey Scale for measuring quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Sixty-seven patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were tested with the SF-36 dimension scale, and the internal consistency reliability, semi-reliability, sensitivity analysis and structural validity were calculated. Results The coefficient of SF-36 Cronbach’s α was 0.945 and the coefficient of half-reliability was 0.837. Sensitivity analysis showed that the value of “Alpha if Item Dele-ted” varied from 0.94 to 0.94. Correlation analysis showed that The correlation coefficient is not greater than the α value of the dimension, and the structure validity is good. Conclusion SF-36 dimensional version has good validity and reliability, which can be used to evaluate the quality of life in type 2 diabetic Uygur patients.
