在文献[1]中,由于资料所限,对夏季台湾暖流水的来源及其温、盐特征的分析研究,主要侧重于27°N以北海区。为了进一步探讨27°N以南台湾暖流水的概况,“科学一号”调查船于1981年7月7日—10日,对台湾以北(26°N—27°N之间)的一个斜断面进行了一次专题调查。本文根据这次调查所测得的温、盐资料,通过对跃层、地转流和水团分布的初步分析讨论,确定了台湾暖流表层水和台湾暖流深层水在该断面上的边界,并分析了它们的温、盐特征。
