钢铁及铁合金中含镁甚微。需要分析镁的主要对象为球墨铸铁、延展性铸铁。目前铸铁中镁的测定方法较多,我们仅就采用铜试剂分离后,以二申苯胺兰Ⅱ法、铬黑T法及铬变酸2R法等测定球墨铸铁中镁的方法进行了实验。本文对分析方法简介如下。(一)方法要点: 以稀的盐酸和硝酸混酸、高氯酸溶样并发烟后,在pH≥6.5的溶液中,用铜试剂分离铁、镍、铜、钴、锰、钨、钼、钒、锌、铅、硒、砷、锑、金、银等干扰元素。钼、稀土、钛、钽、锆等虽不被铜试剂沉淀,但在pH>6时生成氢
