1 病例报告例1:女,8岁.7岁时曾有过煤气中毒史.1个月前晚间欲入睡时突然喊叫左手及左足疼痛,以手指尖及足尖为著,呈针刺样,持续40～50分钟,未经处理突然停止,由家长抚摸后入睡.后有多次类似发作,发作前多有精神因素,而发作后困倦,每2～3天发作1次,曾去当地医院就医,诊断为“末梢神经炎”,经用止痛、维生素B族药、谷维素等治疗半个月无效.曾被当地医院疑诊“脉管炎”、“关节炎”等,用激素和扩张血管药治疗10余天,仍无效.患儿为足月顺产第一胎第一产,无头颅外伤及脑炎史.家族中其父、表姐有癫痫史.体格检查:神志清,查体合作,发育正常,神经系统及胸腹检查均未发现异常,桡动脉及双足背动脉搏动
