同家梁矿在使用MG250/591-WD型采煤机的过程中发现回采时采煤机经常过载,造成牵引变压器、变频器烧毁等事故,影响矿井的安全生产。经过分析,对牵引变压器和变频器进行改造:重新绕制了变压器,添加5层绝缘软胶,放入干燥剂塑料瓶,重新钻孔加强固定力;拆除了原装风扇,放置防振弹簧垫等。经过改造后,该采煤机在使用中故障率大大降低,保证了安全生产。同时,由于避免了故障,带来直接和间接经济效益约170万。
In the process of using MG250 / 591-WD shearer, Tongliang Mine found that shearer was often overloaded during mining, causing accident such as traction transformer and frequency converter burning, which affected mine safety production. After analysis, the transformation of traction transformers and inverters: re-wound transformers, add 5 layers of soft insulation, plastic bottles into the desiccant, re-drilling to strengthen the fixed force; removed the original fan, place the vibration-proof spring pad, etc. . After the transformation, the failure rate of the shearer in use greatly reduced, ensuring safe production. At the same time, about 1.7 million direct and indirect economic benefits have been achieved by avoiding failures.
