经过60d的养殖试验,结果表明:添加蜘蛛酶可以提高凡纳滨对虾的成活率,由对照组的82.33%分别提高到89.67%(0.15%处理组)和90.67%(0.10%处理组);添加蜘蛛酶显著提高每百尾对虾的日增重0.15%和0.10%处理组分别比对照组提高1.34g和0.98g(P<0.05);0.15%和0.10%的处理组的饵料系数分别为1.35±0.08、1.47±0.15,分别比对照组降低了0.17(P<0.05)和0.05(P>0.05);试验结束时,各组水体中COD、亚硝酸氮、氨氮都有不同程度的增加,但蜘蛛酶处理组的这三项水化指标明显低于对照组;在饲料中添加蜘蛛酶,还可以提高凡纳滨对虾血清中酸性磷酸酶活性和溶菌酶的活性,但对超氧化物歧化酶活性影响不显著。
