人体急性感染恶性疟原虫时对恶性疟原虫(P.f)抗原的体外淋巴细胞增生反应受抑制,对其它寄生虫病的研究提示,单核/巨噬细胞来源的前列腺素E可能与该免疫抑制有关。本研究将可阻断前列腺素合成的环氧化酶抑制剂消炎痛加入培养液中观察外周血单核细胞(PBMC)对疟原虫抗原和其它无关抗原及有丝分裂原的增生反应。 30例无并发症的急性恶性疟患儿在治疗前采集5ml静脉血,其中13例在3周后恢复期
In vitro acute lymphoproliferative response to P.falciparum (Pf) antigen was inhibited in humans when P. falciparum was acutely infected, and studies of other parasitic diseases suggested that mononuclear / macrophage-derived prostaglandin E may be associated with this immunosuppression . This study will block prostaglandin synthesis of cyclooxygenase inhibitor indomethacin added to the culture medium to observe peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of Plasmodium antigens and other unrelated antigens and mitogenic proliferative response.
