目的 了解骨髓增生异常综合征 (MDS)患者骨髓细胞的分化抗原的表达情况。方法 采用流式细胞术的CD45 -侧向散射光 (SS)设门的方法 ,检测 14例骨髓增生异常综合征患者 ,16例急性髓系白血病 (AML)和 5例骨髓形态学正常的非血液病患者的骨髓和干 /祖系分化抗原。结果 MDS患者原始细胞群所占比例为 (11 2± 7 3 ) % ,明显高于对照组而低于AML组。该群细胞的髓系和干 /祖系分化抗原 ,MDS及AML组均存在较高的阳性表达 ;71 4%的MDS患者低SS表达的粒细胞群明显增加 ;2 8 6%的MDS患者髓系细胞群的部分细胞表达淋系抗原CD7。结论 MDS患者骨髓细胞存在复杂异常的分化抗原表达 ,通过免疫表型分析有助于MDS的诊断。
Objective To investigate the expression of differentiation antigen in bone marrow cells of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Methods Fourteen cases of myelodysplastic syndrome, 16 cases of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and 5 cases of normal bone marrow non-blood Patient’s bone marrow and stem / ancestral differentiation antigen. Results The proportion of primitive cell population in MDS patients was (11 2 ± 7 3)%, which was significantly higher than that of control group and lower than that of AML group. The myeloid and stem / ancestral differentiation antigen, MDS and AML groups had a higher positive expression in this population of cells. 71.4% of patients with MDS had significantly lower expression of low-SS granulocyte population, and 286% Some cells of the cell lineage express the lymphoid antigen CD7. Conclusion The bone marrow cells of patients with MDS have complex and abnormal differentiation antigen expression, which is helpful to the diagnosis of MDS by immunophenotyping.
