近年来,城市交通的安全、效率、秩序、环境成为交管部门每天都必须直面的热点问题。在各类城市交通学术论坛上,专家学者们也是频频呼吁要从问题的源头去破解,其中包括交通组织设计的专业分工。我国的城市交通组织,是跟随市政道路工程设计与施工同步完成的,基本上是根据规划中的道路横断面结构去设计通行权。也就是在道路通车的同时,强加给道路使用者相同的出行环境,而不是针对实际的出行
In recent years, the safety, efficiency, order and environment of urban traffic have become the hot issues that traffic control departments must face daily.
