I was born in the Jiangnan Water Village. In adolescence, two major events have almost affected my life. One is the “January 28 Incident” immediately after September 18 and the second is the death of Mr. Lu Xun. During the “January 28” period, the temples in our hometown were packed with refugees from Shanghai. I participated in activities such as supporting the resistance of the 19th Route Army against Japanese war. As the news of the death of Mr. Lu Xun, like the fall of Shenyang, I burst into tears. Strangely enough, my language teachers in high school and junior high school seemed to be worshipers of Mr. Lu Xun. They did some tutoring to read a lot of Lu Xun’s novels and essays. Made me realize that Lu Xun was a soldier who raised his guns and declared war on the dark society that ate the human being. Therefore, I have no secret to say that I am an admirer of Mr. Lu Xun.
