针对煤矿自动化采煤工作面上目前使用的测量液压支架位移的位移传感器的精度较低,本文对其进行了优化设计。分析了传感器的结构和原理,仿真了磁环的磁场方向,确定了磁环与干簧管的相对位置,优化设计了硬件电路。实验数据表明,优化后的位移传感器具有较高的测试精度,能更好地满足煤矿采煤设备的精确控制的需要。
In view of the low precision of the displacement sensor used to measure the displacement of hydraulic support currently used in coal mining face, this paper optimizes the displacement sensor. The structure and principle of the sensor are analyzed, the magnetic field direction of the magnetic ring is simulated, the relative position between the magnetic ring and the reed switch is determined, and the hardware circuit is optimized. Experimental data show that the optimized displacement sensor has higher testing accuracy and can better meet the need of precise control of coal mining equipment.
